Creating Vehicle AI [Blueprints] for Rts Game

Hey ue4 Community,
i recently hit a roadblock on my current RTS project called vehicle AI the problem is all i tried till now doesnt work in a good way(see link below).

Do you have any idea on how to create a proper ai ?

I used the vehicle ai here as a base

Well the probem is with the current way its done nav meshes dont work and i dont know how to get them working on the vehicle. Also yes that would be a good idea maybe i could use a bit box instead of a point.

I think the problem in the video is, that the vehicle ai tries to exactly get to the targeted position.
Try to soften the radius a bit, in which the target counts as reached.

I still havent found an answer to this and a answer is badly needed at this point to continue Development.
