How can I make AI in playing the game

I want to make like Carnage Heart (Welcome to Carnage Heart ! - YouTube)
So I don’t know how can I make that programming of AI on playing scene and reflection to internal processing.
Are there blueprint like this or I have to make this function on C++ class?
If it is, please tell me useful reference.
