[Repro] Fixed Relative Bounding Box on particles is broken, GPU particles unuseable

GPU Particles cannot be used properly in 4.15, because the option to use a FixedRelativeBoundingBox in Cascade does not work correctly.

The Fixed Bounding Box is always at the world origin and has no size at all.

Hi Jamsh,

If you update the fixed bounds using the “Set Fixed Bounds” option from the toolbar this issue will go away.
It’s a pretty horrible workflow pitfall, sorry about that.
I’ll take a look at if we can improve it.

Oh that’s odd… I’ll try using the toolbar version. I hope I can still set the bound values at least.
