Topology shadowing showing through when viewing assets

When viewing an asset in the editor I seem to have what looks like the topology showing through in certain areas. In a few other areas it looks like it’s causing strange shadowing to occur.

I thought it might be the normal map but I’ve tested this and it’s definitely not.

I’ve checked that the mesh is definitely completely smoothed.

The issues don’t show up in level but I’m worried as to what might be causing the issue as it could cause issues further down the line.

Any suggestions?
