Unreal Engine 4.15.2 keeps crashing on startup

Hello, I’m new to using Unreal Engine.
The engine keeps crashing when I try to create a project.

Hello Zeldein,

I have a couple questions about your issue to help me investigate further.

Have you verified the files for 4.15 via the launcher?
is Engine 4.15 the only version affected by this issue?
Have you deleted the DerivedDataCache via Users(UserName)\AppData\Local\UnrealEngine\4.15\DerivedDataCache
