SBackgroundBlur, didn't work in opengl es2.
the backgroundblur UMG widget,rendered ENTIRE BLACK in the specific widget zone in ES2 of ANDROID 5.0. I found a note in the SBackgroundBlur.cpp,"// This feature has not been tested on es2" oops..... hope to fix it soon.
