UE 4.15.2 Editor crash on startup with error Array index out of bounds

I saved and closed my project to install windows updates and when i rebooted and now anytime i got to launch my project it loads to 93% and crashes with the following error:

I have a couple of questions to help narrow down the issue you are experiencing.

  1. Does this issue occur with multiple projects or one project in particular?
  2. Did this windows update also update your drivers?

  1. It occurs with just one project in particular.
  2. Windows update did not update my drivers

I was able to work around it by copying an older version of the project off of github, launching that, shutting everything down, updating to the current version of the codebase, and relaunching the project
