After updating from 4.15 to 4.15.2, UE4 crashes at startup - even for 4.16 preview 3

I’ve restarted my computer and tried opening UE4 from a different user. I’m not sure what to do.

Bug report:

You do not have any debugging symbols required to display the callstack for this crash.

From the launcher choose “Verify” for 4.15.2. For Mac it needs to Mac OS Sierra. You can also choose options and select the “Error symbols for debugging” installation.

I verified but it still crashes.

I have a couple questions to help narrow down the issue you are experiencing.

  1. What drivers are you using and are they up to date?
  2. In the options that appear by clicking the yellow arrow next to the engine version, can you enable the option “Editor symbols for debugging”? This will allow you to see the callstack of your crash.
  3. Can you upload the Callstack that appears from the crash?
