Metals and liquids appear black after build

Metals and liquids appear nearly pitch black after building lights. Log gives no warning or errors. It was fine just a week ago and showed metals and liquids properly. I don’t know what exactly I did to mess it up. The scene has 1 directional light and one skylight, both set to static. Resetting the values in both and deleting and inserting new did not solve the issue.
Help me, Internet!

Do you use any reflection capture actors or screen space reflections?
