Crash after lunch package.exe on other pcs

when try to lunch package windows 7 x64 and x32 black screen appear and krash

Hi Matthew, thx for the anwere but issue dosent disappear.

project file was buid in a workstation office pc (2Xeon, 32gb ram, Quadro K620) and it work
i tested then the same lunch in other office pc (i7, 8gb ram, Geforce GT610) and in my home pc (Xeon 16 GB ram Quadro K600) and both sistem crash.

Work only in a my friend laptop after upgrade nvidia driver to 377. the same i have just install in other system

How i can do?

Is possible that i have “Texture Streaming Pool Over…65 Mb?”
other message on viewport are:
“Profiling with AI LOGGING ON”
“Profiling with GC VERIFY ON”
