Root Motion move speed problem!

Have you tired to make this animation play faster by turning its rate scale up?

I am a new guy of UE4 and recently I am studying root motion. I found a very strange thing that the move speed in root motion seems too slow. I think I must do something wrong.
I create a teapot in 3dsmax, which made by a Character Studio system in 3dsmax.

And the Hierarchy is like this:

The animation is simply move the teapot to another place in a very fast speed. like this:

Then I check the EnableRootMotion, the teapot is stand still. The root bone Bone001 is in the origin point. and then I check Show —> Process Root Motion, the teapot start to move. But the speed is much slower than the animation speed. I have googled a lot but I didn’t find solution. Could any body do me a favour???

Yes I have tried. It can speed up the move speed, but it also will make the speed up the animation speed, that is what I don’t want.

I currently have what I believe to be the same problem. I have a character that I set up with root motion, but when walking/running the character is sliding on the ground while moving forward extremely slowly. It is like I am using a static cycle with a low movement speed, but I am not.

Will keep an eye on this post if any answers arise

I think I just found the answer. It is the unit setup in the 3dsmax makes all the troubles. I have tried it and it fixed all the issues. here is the link:Root Motion translation scale issue? - Character & Animation - Epic Developer Community Forums

Hi, buddy, just see the answer and try it out.
