Can I use UE Characters and Animations in a movie?

Is it possible to use UE characters and their animations outside of the engine.

The license (to my knowledge) states that epic provided content (ie. infinity blade, the mannequin, the animation pack etc) cannot be used outside of unreal engine. You are however allowed to use non-epic assets from the marketplace outside of unreal engine  Hope this helps!

Marketplace and Learn tab assets that are labeled as being for use with Unreal Engine only can only be used with Unreal Engine; otherwise you can use outside of the engine. However, your resulting product is still a Product under the EULA. But linear non-interactive content, like a movie, is royalty free.

Sorry if that seems to be a dumb question but, where do you see the said label?
For instance, there is a character made by a third-party user (not epic), is it unreal-engine only? I can’t find any kind of label on its page, does it mean it is ok to use it outside unreal engine?
Thank you for clarifying.
