Question about measures, scales, and modelling

Hi,I’m a noob trying to start here.
I know that UE4 works with a 1 cm == 1 uu ratio. I work with the cm unit scale in Maya. The thing is that even having measured the real-life measures of an object, when i place it inside UE4 it looks too small.

I’m trying (just for excercise to make the Tyrell’s Office from Blade Runner.

So, using the characters as a scale.(Knowing that f. ex Harrison was 1.85m tall, i’ve managed to set the width of the columns in 2 meters aprox, and the height in about almost 8 meters.
Therefore 200 Maya units wide, 785 height.

But in Unreal they had to be scaled up to look a little bit proper. Even when i create inside UE4 a basic cube brush and it says is 1x1x1 meter it looks too small for a real 1x1x1 meter.

I don’t know how to properly model my assets to have a proper set of scale inside UE4 since the character seems to be too big (he doesn’t even fit in the standard Doorframe asset that comes with the editor!)
So a little bit of advice and guidance, please?
