Particles seem to reset or glitch when camera moves

Hello, I’m having an odd issue with my game. I created a firefly particle for my scene, but it seems like the particles constantly “respawn” or just look really glitchy when I move the camera. This also occurs in game. I’ve attached a video so you can see what it looks like with a still camera versus when I move it.

Can you post a screenshot of your particle system setup?

Having a similar problem but with camera cuts in sequencer. Everytime I cut to a different camera the particle resets.
