Won't run here in windows 10 w/ nvidia

I can run launcher just fine in windows 10 , just can’ t get past 'dx 11 ’ error where it notes not finding support or ‘10’ feature, oddly.

Now in windows 7, I get the ‘black’ screen again, WITH NVidia ddriver for go 7150/650M. if I use Microsoft default ‘base’ driver for video , launcher works, but I get error as noted above.

Anyway to get this to work, at least for 2d ?

I have DX 11 which faq says is needed, so why am I having these problems?
