World Outliner selection does not update Transform gizmo location

Summary
Selecting an actor using the world outliner does not update the Transform gizmo location during Play in Editor mode.

Steps

  1. Create a blank C++ project with no starter content
  2. Create a Sphere and a Cube in the level
  3. Play in Editor
  4. Eject with F8
  5. Select the cube in the world outliner
  6. Select the sphere in the world outliner

Expected behavior:
Transform gizmo centered on the sphere

Actual behavior:
Transform gizmo stays stuck on the cube (or whatever object was selected first)

Workaround: If the gizmo is used it snaps back to its proper position. If the object is selected directly in the viewport gizmo is updated correctly
