Widget Component in Character and blur how to?

Hello

I’m testing widget inside character, and problems with blur:

Normally widget background should be blurry and with some tint (when created as common widget is ok) but here I have tint, but no blur. It need additional settings? Maybe this is not possible when this is as part of character blueprint?

Bad buttons display is no matter, I have it already as should, just this blur…
