I was trying to get similar result as from GTA V terminal hacking How to Hack the Server Terminal : The Bureau Raid : GTA V Guide XBOX 360 PS3 PC - YouTube
to no success.

I am dead confused what I did wrong on my setup. Can some superior programmer help me in this one?

I don’t know if I get what you right, but for the moving part, have you thought of just removeing the first item in the array, and readding it as last? That would make them move RTL,
