I'm getting the error 0xc0000005 when trying to launch UE, how can I solve this problem?

I just installed UE and when I try to launch it for the first time i get the error 0xc0000005. I don’t want to reinstall it because it takes too much time on my pc. Can you help me please?

I installed it from the Epic Games Launcher. I’m just trying to launch the engine

How did you install it? Are you launching a project or just the engine?

The best way to solve this is to verify the installation. In the launcher, click the down arrow next to the launch button and select verify. That should fix any issue you might have.

If that does not work your PC might not meet the requirements. Look at the error and the min specs provided by epic: A new, community-hosted Unreal Engine Wiki - Announcements - Unreal Engine Forums

If you have everything it needs and you still get the error you can only try to reinstall. If even that fails you have to post more info on the error and maybe report it as an issue.
