Map Start-Up Crash. Error code included!

Long story short, Last night i built the lighting (took about 2 to 3 hours) and when finished the level was extremely laggy when i set the settings to high, and when i did the edditor crashed. So as i start up, it stopped at 83% loading for a few hours. After restarting my pc i got passed the 83% and finally went to start up and always crashes now. But ive tried other projects and same thing. Is there a way to edit the project files to make it start in low settings? Ive been working on my 2 games for a couple years and would be devistated to loose them!!! Help me!
