4.16 cloth base physics - import or implement

hi i saw the 4.16 with the cloth physics and was mind blown by the main clothing that i saw, my main concern is mainly the cloth, because before i needed to import the clothing from maya or blender , but after i saw the stuff from unreal 4.16 i was stunned, but wanted to ask more important stuff , specially one that is inside the pipeline.

do i still need to do the physics based cloth inside blender or maya, or do i do i implement it directly from the unreal engine, which is the best way into using it or which would you consider the best one to do?
