Make static mesh from splined mesh

Hi. I have made a pipe mesh with the spline tool inside Unreal Engine, and thus distorted the UV scale of the spline mesh actor. I would like to get the pipe mesh out of Unreal Engine and into Blender to unwrap it and make a proper UV setup for it. Is this possible? Can I make a static mesh out of a splined mesh like that?
If not, is there any alternatives to get a good UV setup on the spline mesh?
