My source code plugin from 4.14 wont package in 4.15 can someone help me see why?

The outputlog is below, I see it happens after trying to compile to xcode. But I’ve got ios, tvos and mac disabled as platforms. Any ideas what else could cause this, Ive looked at similar questions but nothing with a full output log to refer to and check so thought I’d at least ask here.

Ive tried restarting, deleting saved and intermediate etc.

I’m getting the same error from the Automation Tool when try to package a plugin using 4.16.
