Why cant i open hello neighbor alpha 4?

I open up Hello Neighbor Alpha 4, then I get the usual black screen while loading, then the screen turns off for a split second and then back to black screen, and then it crashes. How? It worked when I first got it…

SOMEONE HELP!

Remove HelloNeighborReborn and start but if that dont work grab it out of recycle bin and just put it back in if that dont work then idk what to do
