Context menu bug is back

Context menus, right click, file, etc… do not appear to work after FOUNDER EDITION Windows 10 update.

Same bug as in:

Commenting out:

WindowExStyle |= WS_EX_COMPOSITED;

in:

Engine\Source\Runtime\Core\Private\Windows\WindowsWindow.cpp

Fixed the issue.
