Moving a PlaySound notify causes editor to crash

Hi,

When you place a play sound notify and attempt to move it without saving the editor will crash with this:

I’m having trouble reproducing this on my end with retargeted assets. Can you migrate your animation sequence to a blank project and send it to me?

I was able to reproduce this with your project and the crash report was linked to an existing bug report. See UE-46420. This is actually fixed for 4.17!
