Version 4.15.3 doesn't have Art Tools in the Install Options

Hi guys,

I recently started the Unreal Engine Course and I’m running version 4.15.3. The first class required that I added the Art Tools. The instructor is running version 4.14 and I was wondering if the Art Tools were included on my version (4.15.3) or if I should use his version (4.14).

Art tool has been moved to Marketplace from engine install.
Simply you can grab from the launcher.
