Sequencer Pausing at Random Time Packaged X64

I have a problem when Exporting my Game and it happens only on X64 builds the X32 build has no problem. the sequencer scene that I set up keep on pausing at a specific event (ex. when the camera changes view) it just stuck at that location for some while and then continue with the sequence and it will also bug the characters. it all happens when I’m packaging it for X64 machines but doest happen on X32 …

I can’t use x32 cuz the target machine has an AMD graphics card which gives me Fatal Error each time.

is this some kind of bug?
