Subscribe to Download in Marketplace

I’m logged in - can use engine but can’t download anything from Marketplace. Anyone can help out?

Could you please describe what you do see in your marketplace? A screenshot may help as well. Is it asking you to subscribe or is it just blank? Any additional information may help.

and I cant change Marketplace content engine version - there is only 4.1.0 or 4.0

Alright, can you tell me what launcher version you are on? The number is located in the lower left, just below the “support>>” link. Also, can you try exiting and logging in again, but double check that “offline mode” is not checked on. Then go to the top of the “Library” page and let me know what is in your “Engine Slots”.

1.4.1-2110405++depot+UE4-LauncherReleases. I’ve disabled firewal, relogged, restarted the computer but still can’t download anything from Marketplace.

As for the Library I’ve 4.2.0 and 4.1 Engine Slots. And I need to subscibe to download 4.1 version.

This sounds as though there may be an issue with your account. Please send an email to:

This will put you in touch with our accounts department. Provide them your username, explain the issue, and I would recommend supplying the link to this post and explaining that you have tried basic troubleshooting already. They will be able to check the permissions on your account to make sure that there is nothing blocking you.

If the accounts department is not able to identify any issue, then please let us know here, and we will continue to investigate.

I’ve reinstalled the engine and everything is working fine. I think the problem was when I’ve two editors installed in different places.

I’m glad to hear that your issue has been resolved. For future reference, could you possible elaborate on what you mean by having editors installed in different places? Are these both editors which you’ve pulled down via the Launcher? If so, what steps did you take to install them in different locations? I appreciate any information you can provide on this.

I think it was something like this: One was installed from github from different account (company) and another one was from installer available on the site (personal account). I’ve two accounts - one in home and one in company so I think that were creating the problem but I’m not sure I’m crunching a lot now so can’t really remember.
