I was just wondering if there is or could be a way to implement UDK key-bindings, there are some preset keys that I use in UDK that are mighty useful like the home key for example. It would be great to see UDK preset option for key-bindings in the future at least so people can jump right in and have the keys they are familiar with.

Currently there is not a UDK keybinding setting, but the bindings will keep after you set them. So if you were to manually go into your Editor> Editor Settings > Keyboard Shortcuts to set them. We plan on providing an Import/Export option, so once that is added users will be able to recreate and share the UDK bindings. I hope that this has helped to answer your question.
