Cannot compile from editor - 4 errors

I cannot compile from editor. I used Visual studio express 2013 for desktop, and the 4.2 source code directly from GitHub desktop.
I selected Development editor - x64, and run the “build” from Ue4 icon on left Solution Explorer.
Visual studio generated this 4 errors:

Error 1 error : appError called: Assertion failed: FPaths::FileExists(DataDirectory / TEXT(“icudt51l.dat”)) [File:C:\Users\Stronger\Documents\GitHub\UnrealEngine\Engine\Source\Runtime\Core\Private\Internationalization\Internationalization.cpp] [Line: 212] C:\Users\Stronger\Documents\GitHub\UnrealEngine\Engine\Intermediate\ProjectFiles\LogWindows UE4

Error 2 error : Windows GetLastError: A operaþÒo foi concluÝda com Ûxito. (0) C:\Users\Stronger\Documents\GitHub\UnrealEngine\Engine\Intermediate\ProjectFiles\LogWindows UE4

Error 3 error code: 3 C:\Users\Stronger\Documents\GitHub\UnrealEngine\Engine\Intermediate\ProjectFiles\Error UE4

Error 4 error MSB3073: The command “…\Build\BatchFiles\Rebuild.bat UE4Editor Win64 Development” exited with code 3. C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft.Cpp\v4.0\V120\Microsoft.MakeFile.Targets 43 5 UE4

Any help, please? I´m trying to get the UE4 editor launch this way, because in another way, from UnrealengineLauncher, did not work.
I follow this video tutorial from GitHub:
short tutorial video

Any advice ?

OMG, nevermind…i tried to run 4.1 (instable version) I´m go back to 4.0 now and try it again.
