Runtime spawning actors with LevelStreaming issue

Hello guys. We are currently developing a game using level streaming. And faced strange issue. Without dedicated server spawning items in runtime is working fine. But when we are enabling dedicated server - spawned items getting destroyed in few seconds after level got loaded.
We are using a Blueprint actor that is placed somewhere on level and on BeginPlay Event it’s using SpawnActor(…) function

Origin shifting will fix that issue
