I have run into a bug that the drop down menu when starting a new project will simply just not appear and it is for all options with the drop down menu as an option?

It all started after that windows update: I have tried reinstalling, Restarting, & the real reason for why this took so long than it did is because I didn’t know how to report this immediately, at the time please message me via my email address as soon as possible when you have the solution.
