[BUG] Blueprint material editor has an unclickable area

Build :

  • Build : 1945001
  • Install path : D:/SoftwareFroyok/Rocket

Specs :

  • GTX 460 M (netbook)
  • Windows 7 x64
  • 16GB of Ram
  • UAC : Disabled

Description : The blueprint version of the material editor has a sort of dead zone where the user can’t click to select a node.

Repro steps : Create a material. Edit it to open the Material Editor with the Blueprint UI. Create a texture coordinate node. Move the coordinate node to the top of the current visible area. Release the click. Try to click on the node again over the area covered by the material instruction counts.

Results : You can’t select the node. There is a whole area here which cover the full width of the graph that doesn’t allow the user to click on any node. You can also notice that texts are rendered behind the thumbnails of the nodes.

Expected : Ability to click and move a node like with any other borders of the visible graph area (left, right and bottom).

Hi Fabrice,

Thanks for the report. This issue does occur in Beta 6, but we have already fixed this on our internal build and it no longer occurs for us. This is not expected to be an issue in future Rocket releases.

Cheers
