Description
On-screen “HIDE UI” button has no toggle state. People may not understand to use Right-Click to show the UI again.

Repro Steps
With Editor Loaded, select HIDE UI
There is no indicator to use an input to SHOW UI.

Results
The UI is hidden, but no indication how to return the UI.

Expected
Show only the HIDE UI button, but hide all the remaining UI elements and change the label to SHOW UI.

Have a tooltip to use Right-Click to return to the UI view.

Thank you for your request. I have compared the function of the Hide UI in an internal build. It would seem this function is being changed and you can expect to see some differences in a future build of Rocket.
