Can't package, automationtool error

Hi, I have a probleme to package for android, i have try with swingninja and this is a screenshot of the output log error:

my OS is windows 8.1, i have read all topic where people have the same probleme and try all solution like

compile c++ source code of UE4 in development editor mode and development mode,
close windows session,
restart the editor,
close visual studio.

and all i try don’t work :frowning:

i become crazy and don’t arrived to solve this

Please if someone had another idea i am very interesting because i must distribute quickly my game for android.

Try to reinstall UE 4 or VS.
I don’t have any ideas :confused:

P.S: You have android SDK?

thank you,i have re-install android sdk with tadp tool and after i can package for android. But i update the sdk with android sdk manager and it add android 4.4w and android L and after packaging failed :frowning:
when pachaging works i try with tappy chicken and swing ninjaand they crash a starting, i have try on mu nexus 5 and nexus 7 and it’s the same thing on both, crash on start and application close directly no start menu.
it’s strange i hope this message will help someone.
i will cary on my search because i find this problem very strange,but i think the problem don’t come from UE4.

Thank you for your report. We were not able to investigate this on the engine version you reported, but there have been many version changes to UE4 since this question was first posted. With a new version of the Engine comes new fixes and it is possible that this issue has changed or may no longer occur.
