Custom Character has inverted shadows

Hi

I made a quick character in Makehuman. My problem now is that the character always has a shadow at him self

as you can see the shadow is behind the character but he has a shadow on his face. Had someone somthing similar and know a solution?

This might have nothing to do with it, but it looks like you have two meshes in the same place. I can see the toes of the second mesh sticking out of the shoes. If this is the case, maybe try ensuring only one of the two meshes are casting shadows. I would say the mesh that is most external, set shadows on, and the internal mesh set cast shadows off. No clue if this will help, but it’s worth a shot.

yeah, its a makehuman character and the body under the Jacket isnt deleted yet, maybe the jacket casts this shadow, ill try to delet the Body

I deleted everything what wasnt needed but i still get the shadows…
Does someone had somthing similar?

Ah got it !

You have to let the engine calculate the normals (under Import options)
