[REQUEST] Dock panels like VS (and other apps)

I would like to be able to place panels in a particular place and have them do two things:

  1. Autohide (reduce to tab at screen edge) or stay visible (dock pin)
  2. Display panel in either proportional size (all visible at once, sized so all panels fit onscreen at once) or full size (one panel visible at once taking entire screen edge)

So basically I’m requesting panel stacking and hiding.
