How to create a looping animation

Hi,

I’m currently in the middle of fleshing out a level with some animation. What I am basically trying to do at the moment is have a security camera which I created from a prop mesh to move along a track in the ceiling. I assumed this would be similar to creating an automatic sliding door like the tutorials but without a trigger box and instead using a loop with some sort of time control for speed.

I though this would be done in a blueprint (I’m still new to this) but cant find out how to start the action Iv’e created everything else the event graph, defaults etc. I did read that animations are done through animontage? But I’ve also heard that there are separate animation blueprints so it may be I’m using the wrong type of blueprint to access the functionality. There’s still so much to learn. Anyone know of some good tutorials on this kind of animation in the right context?
Thanks

Thanks Jacky haven’t had a chance to go over them yet even though I downloaded them a while ago, will look later

There are security camera samples both in Blueprint Office and Content Examples projects. You can find out how to do it by looking at them.
