Tappy Chicken Android Build Failed

Hey guys,
When packaging Tappy Chicken for Android (ATC) the build fails for me. I have used the getting started page to dl TADP and setup my android sdk, ndk and environment variables as needed. When I look at my Packaging Settings everything looks good to go.

These log lines look suspect to me:

MainFrameActions: Packaging (Android (ATC)): BuildCommand.Execute: ERROR: BUILD FAILED
MainFrameActions: Packaging (Android (ATC)): Program.Main: ERROR: AutomationTool terminated with exception:
MainFrameActions: Packaging (Android (ATC)): Program.Main: ERROR: Exception in mscorlib: Input string was not in a correct format.
MainFrameActions: Packaging (Android (ATC)): Stacktrace: at System.Number.StringToNumber(String str, NumberStyles options, NumberBuffer& number, NumberFormatInfo info, Boolean parseDecimal)

Check This : Windows (Android Build Target) Packager Fails with mscorlib error - Mobile - Epic Developer Community Forums

Go to Android SDK Manager and delete all the packages for Android-L.
