Why is "Sorry, the payment amount is invalid" showing when trying to purchase UE4?

Dear Whom it may concern,

When I finish the purchase form, 

It shows "Sorry, the payment amount is invalid!" 

Could you please help me to solve this problem?

There may be a bug with how you are paying. If you are paying from Paypal try paying from a Credit Card instead. If you are paying with a Credit Card and let’s say you are paying with your MasterCard, instead of paying with your MasterCard try paying with a VISA Card. Or the last reason is you don’t have enough money on your Credit Card or Paypal Account.
