Blender to UE4 - FBX - Error - Video Example Included

Hi guys I’m having a small issue getting any model into unreal without this annoying error. So once I’ve made a model in blender I then export it as an fbx then import it into my project. Then drag it onto the map, now when I go to apply a material I just get a base color on the material not the actual image. A swell as that I keep getting an error saying

“Box.fbx has degenerate tangent bases which will result in incorrect shading. MikkTSpace relies on tangent bases and may result in mesh corruption, consider disabling this option”
