Scalability Settings Not Applied When I Deploy my Level - MOBILE (android)

when i scale my settings down in the scalability settings so that my game can run on my device at a better framerate (nexus 5) when i actually run the game on my phone its back to max settings and it runs at like 12 frames per second. any way around this, maybe im just a noob, but you guys would be the best if you could see what i’m doing wrong and help me. thanks luv you guys keep making awesome games. rep ue4!

You can check performance guidelines. Also drawcall is very important. With “stat SceneRendering” command you can look at the number of drawcalls.
