How to create a Tsunami?

Hi! I’d like to create a single Tsunami for a game i’ve been developing. Any ideas? Can we use Unreal Engine to do this? Thanks.

Its possible, It really Depends on the scale and depth of your scene. I would recommend setting up a Mesh piece in the shape of your wave, give it a Dynamic Material with your water and foam then make customs Particle system to add a bit more dynamic depth to it, you can also time the event and have it fire off Particle effects splashing around Buildings and objects as it wave hits it. You should be able to move / animate it in game with ease. You can look into Flex Build of Unreal to see if any of the Advance particle effects could help, I wouldn’t recommend Dynamic unless you can Cache and bake out.
