I work for a smallish retail company that sells large garden structures. It’s my job to do all the modeling and compositing of our products to be displayed on our website. If I wanted to use UE4 to build my environments so that I could do all the compositing in UE4 (as well as possible animation around the structures) I assume we would need to get a licensed version, but would we need to pay any royalties for any of the images or animations that we use on our site?
If you’re just talking about website advertising/marketing displays to sell physical products, you can do that under the EULA for free.
