overlapping light maps still having issues

I am unable to get the the auto generated light maps to work without overlap errors.

Are there any steps I can take to insure that it will work without having to create a separate channel in 3ds max for every object.

Testing simple wall extrudes from max with box mapping on channel 1

I think understand now. I am sure my box mapping is overlapping since I have a single wall object for multiple rooms…Thanks
