Question about using weapon names/models

Hello, i have some quesitons about using weapons in a game.

  1. Is it legal to create and then use the weapon model of a gun inside my game.
    Like when i create an ak-47 model can i use it in my game and publish my game without getting sued from using a real life weapn model?
  2. Can i use real weapon names without informing/asking any company and further release the game?

this is bugging me for a long time maybe i can get a clear view what i can and cannot do.

hmm oke i guess i can’t use real weapon names which isnt something i really care about but im still trying to figure out if i can use a weapon model of a real life gun without getting into problems

It should be find as long as you long as you don’t take a picture and but said picture in a 2D world. That might be fine as well. If you create your own model, you’ll be fine.
