Hi,I want to make penalty shoot out game in 3rd person ,I want a kick animation but im not able to get a predefined animation set, could any one please help me make one from scratch ?

There are many Free 3D Animation Creation Software available, if not, maybe try people from 3D Model and Animation Communities / Forums

Thanks ! How do i import these animations on to unreal?

Inside the Animation Software, there will be an Export option.
I prefer to export as FBX with animations, then just import the animation by clicking the ‘Add New’ button in the content browser and click Import and navigate to and select for the Animation File.

But im sure there is tutorials on the internet to assist
