How do I create a camera like in a fighting game?

I’m trying to create a camera just like the ones in Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat. But I’m not really sure how to get started on it with blueprints, since I’m still a novice with Unreal.

I found this to be helpful. There are not a lot of tutorials on PvP games like Streetfighter, but this comes close.
