Collider rotates when jumping

i setup a character after watching the 3rd person game tutorial, before the jump animations weren’t set to root, so i set them to root and on the animBP set “Root Motion for Everything”, now the capsule does jump in sync with the character, however the entire thing when i jump rotates and when it lands rotates even more, after a couple of jumps the whole thing lays flat. running only the animations inside it.

(i am using character and animations from mixamo and not from the place specified in the tutorial)

It Seems that when uncheck the root option on animations, it start working normally again, So now i’ll have to manually adjust the animations to root.
